Inspired by the colonial-era posset, this spiced black tea blend revives the flavours of 17th and 18th-century social gatherings. Aromatic cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and clove bring warmth and depth to the bold Ceylon tea base, creating a brew that was once enjoyed with milk, sugar, and a splash of brandy, rum, or wine. Named after General James Wolfe, this tea evokes the lively streets of Halifax, where merriment and mulled drinks flowed well into the night. Whether you take it straight or with a spirited addition, Wolfe’s Spice offers a taste of history in every cup.
